What counts as a seat?
A seat is any teammate who joins your Noots workspace to view summaries, own action items, or manage boards. People you only invite to a single meeting as guests don't take up a seat.
Which meeting platforms do you support?
Noots joins Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Slack huddles on every plan, including Free. Webex is available on Business and Enterprise.
Does it really sync with Jira and Linear?
Yes. On the Business plan and above, Noots keeps a two-way sync with Jira, Linear, Asana, and Notion — action items become real tickets, and status changes flow back into Noots so everything stays in lockstep.
How is my meeting data secured?
Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, audit logs, configurable data residency, and a signed DPA. We never train models on your private meeting content.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your admin console at any time — changes are prorated, and there are no long-term contracts on self-serve plans.
